My 40th Birthday Party

On Friday 30th January, I went round to Lee's house for an evening of poker. "Why don't you stay over?", Tracey suggested. Who was I to argue? What I didn't know was that she was planning a surprise birthday party for me and that she had arranged the poker to get me out of the house.

On the Saturday morning, Lee and Pat drove me back to MK as they'd arranged to stay with us for the weekend, or so I thought. Nearing home Lee suggested we popped into the Xscape snow dome so Pat could see it. "Sure, why not", I thought. I had no idea of the surprise awaiting me...
